A Comparative Analysis of Nutritional and Chemical Composition of Eight Seeds Used as Native Medicine in West Africa

 Place Duration Study: Dept Public Health, College Health Science, Walden University, Minneapolis, USA, Federal University Technology, Owerri, Nigeria between September 2022 June 2023; research collaboration.
 Methodology: A systematic review supported by community approach intervention services theory was seeds’ composition. Search engines used, Google, Google scholar, Fire fox, Safari.
 Results: Macro micronutrients are predominantly present. Only three consumed as rest thrashed, some do not have enough much modern medicine is concerned; thus, authors goal education both health practitioners public about usefulness. Highest concentration carbohydrates, 78.49% occurred Chrysophillum albidum, while Plukenatia conophora ranked last, Tetrapleura tetraptera shows highest protein, Magnifiera indica scored 5.67%. Carica papaya contains fat, 28.3%, with ranking 4.28%. Fibre Annona muricata high, 35.20%, Magnifera least, 2.35%. Ash level highest, 5.59%, least amount Chrysophyllum 0.84%. Picralima nitida showed energy level, 1468 Kcal/100 g, 32.51 g. Outcome would be beneficial users.
